I ordered from Snipes and for a couple days I kept checking the order page like a weirdo because the status wasn’t changing. It wasn’t anything super dramatic, but I was starting to wonder if it was stuck somewhere or if the tracking just hadn’t caught up yet.
I ended up messaging support late at night, not really expecting much until maybe a day or two later. The next morning they actually got back to me, explained what was going on, and sent the tracking info again. It also didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies, which I appreciated.
The package showed up fine in the end, and they even followed up after that to make sure everything was good. So yeah, after all the refreshing and mild overthinking, I was mostly just glad someone answered quickly and didn’t turn it into a whole hassle
